When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect:

We retain customer contact details for up to three years after the last service we provided, for the purpose of arranging repeat visits and resolving any disputes. Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted within six months.

Your enquiry form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Formspree processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third party.
